A Daily Money Manager (DMM or PDMM) is a financial professional who assists individuals and families with their day-to-day financial tasks and responsibilities. They provide personalized financial services to help clients effectively manage their money, bills, and financial paperwork.


      No. A Bookkeeper maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records of a business, where as a Daily Money Manager handles personal finances.


No. Although the work of a Bookkeeper and an Accountant often overlap, a Bookkeeper keeps accurate and complete records of the financial transactions of a business. An Accountant applies further analysis to the financial records kept by the Bookkeeper.


We do offer affordable tax services to our clients as that is one of the benefits. We do files taxes for the general public on a case by case basis. We also refer tax services to a CPA for files that may be above our expertise.


It depends on several factors like where you're located, how many notary certificates are needed, and if witnesses are required, etc. Our notary fees start at $12.00 and you can book an appointment online.


Yes, please bring valid ID, the forms that need to be notarized and a witness if required. If you don't have a witness and you need one, we can provide one for you at an additional fee. 

By law the person needing their signature notarized has to be physically present at the appointment.  We'll need to see valid ID to make sure we can properly identify you. Acceptable IDs are a Driver's License, US Passport, State ID, Military ID,  Government Employee ID, and Resident Alien Card. If you don't have a valid ID you can use a Credible Witness. A Credible Witness is an individual who personally knows you and can vouch for you're identity.  A Credible Witness can not have another Credible Witness for themselves. They must have a valid ID.
